Inupiaq Eskimo of Northwest Alaska, working as a drug and alcohol counselor for my village. The village I live in has a population of about 150 people. Only way in and out is by airplane year round but people travel by boat in summer and snow machines in winter.

LYR is a continuing conversation on spirituality, religion and other topics of interest. It was stared by Ann-Imagemaker last June. I took over as publisher in early February. Ann remains a frequenjt commenter and co-moderator.

I stared an LYR group shortly after taking over as publisher in order to create an easily accessible library of past episodes. To date we have logged over 13,000 comments over 77 episodes.

We post a new episode when the number of comments reaches between 150 and 200. This speeds up the refresh process and helps our contributors that are still on dial-up or who are using older computers.

We welcome your participation either as a commenter on the main thread or publisher of on topic content to the group.

Roberta, good to hear from you. I love the bear paw print. I wonder if you might not like a particular place to come to here. Adrian is there a lot and so are other. I refer to Ann M.'s place called "Losing Your Religion". It is an ongoing, easygoing, interesting, off hand, in depth place where some of us like to chat. This is a conversation that began back in June [I think]. It is a great place to kick back. NO ONE is rude. It is in the form of an article and therefore changes after about 150 or so comments. I pop in daily ... so go to my page and look at my comments, they ought take you there.
